1.What amenities does the hotel provide?

Free: towel/earplugs/paper slippers/shampoo/shower gel

Fee: toothbrush/shaving razor/shower cap

2.Can I eat and drink in the room?

In order to avoid the breeding of pests and the spread of odors, eating and drinking is prohibited in the outdoor rooms except for pure water. If you need to eat and drink, please move to the public rest area.

3.Can I smoke in the room?

The hotel is completely non-smoking.
Smoking indoor in Taiwan is illegal.
Violation of the law may be punished NT $ 10,000 fine.
Smoking in the hotel will be charged a cleaning fee of $ 250, and we can refuse your stay without refund.

4.Friends visiting?

In order to ensure the safety and rights of all hotel guests, your private guests must register at the counter and be limited to the public rest area until 11 o'clock at night. If the number of people staying in the room exceeds the specified number, a cleaning fee of NT$300($500/weekend) will be charged based on the number of people.

5.Body type of accommodation conditions?

For guests who are above 185CM (height) and/or 95KG (weight), please make sure you feel comfortable with the limited space offered by Inn Cube before making reservation to ensure pleasant staying experience.

6.Is the towel free?

Towels should not be taken away from the hotel or the surcharge will be applied.(Bath towel/$300/piece, hand towel/$100/piece)

7.Specifying room?

Our hotel does not has many rooms, so can't specify the room.

8.Housekeeping everyday?

Continued guests who need housekeeping, please tell the front desk before 13:00 , if not informed as without housekeeping.

9.Free Wi-Fi?

We have free Wi-Fi，password will on your key card.

10.Changing new towel and paper slippers everyday?

Continued guests have the right to request a new towel and a pair of paper slippers (Extra demand will be charged.).

11.Prohibited behavior in the hotel??

Smoking, gambling, drinking, fighting, taking drugs, or disturbing others. In serious cases, the police may be called and check-in may be refused (no refund will be given).

12.Extra cleaning fee?

The following conditions in your room you will be charged an additional $ 250 cleaning fee.
1.Vomit
2.Indoor smoking
3.Stool or urine
4.Menstrual blood

13.No carry of accommodation conditions?

The following items are not allowed into the hotel :

1.pet
2.firearms
3.drugs
4.dangerous item

14.Is there enough space for my luggage in the room?

In general, the space in your room is enough for your personal luggage.
If your luggage is still too much, you can keep your valuables on your own.
Leaving the rest of the luggage to the front desk for safekeeping.

15.Payment method?

You can pay with cash, credit card, or LINE PAY at the counter. But you must pay before check-in.

16. If I have prepaid online, is there anything else I need to pay attention to?

If you prepaid online, the hotel may only do a pre-authorization action, so it is recommended that you bring the credit card you used to pay online for verification.

17.Age of accommodation conditions?

We welcome customers above 16 years old. Any guest between 16 and 18 years old should check in with the parent(s) or the legal guardian(s). If the guest is above 60 years old, lower bed could be arranged by request in advance.

18.Can the door be locked?

Our rooms are lockable. It is also recommended to leave your keys at the counter when going out to avoid losing them. If the key is lost, a production fee of NT$300 will be charged.
